You seem to be presenting me with an ultimatum, Bowser...but it's one I'm not able to resolve in your favor. Are you really saying that it's either Frank or you, and that I have to choose?
Frank's made a quite conciliatory post, and includes a rendering of an apology because, as he put it, "I don't want you to leave the community". I don't either, and you're the lone holdout.
I find myself at a loss for words I haven't said before. There's no way that I can exempt your posts on this or the new site from moderation by Frank. I mean, it's really not possible--no forum software ever made has a setting "[x] Posts by Bowser are immune to moderation". Nor would I use such a setting if it existed, because nobody should be above the law. No matter where we go, there you are: Your posts will be treated like anyone else's posts. That's all I can promise you. It's up to you.
I hope you'll take my assurances and Frank's assurances and apology, and reconsider your refusal to move with us to the new site. We really will miss you Bowser, but we have to move. It's an old story, goes back tens of thousands of years, really, and migrating through digital space is just another chapter in an ancient story. When the village has to move, there's no use digging in your heels and refusing to move.
