That's a loss.
A lot of time and sincere effort has gone into into trying to honestly and simply answer questions and propose solutions to difficulties you have expressed. Those happen to come in a field in which I've had considerable personal and professional experience. I'm not all that smart but I steal from experts.
I have never received that response. I've been told by people they weren't ready for that answer, yet, but never that I was being sarcastic.
I'm sure there are elements in that which are my fault. The big one may be that I get impatient.
I apologize for my part in this situation, and I promise, guarantee that it won't happen again.
