You keep on whining about how we must make government smaller, but what do you bring up as an example? Societies on the verge of chaos, run by criminal oligarchies, not governments.
Your whole ideology depends on obscuring the symbiotic relationship between business and government, the former needs the latter to provide the muscle required for coercion. It's precisely in places like Africa and South America when all pretense of the conflict between business and government is abandoned and the gangsters run everything. You champion small government but you can point to none, not one in the history of the planet.
The best you can come with for your entrepreneurial paradise is the time Between the Roosevelts, and although I wasn't born until a bit a bit later, I understand things are a lot better now than they were then.
TB, your world of noble Libertarian entrepreneurs existing with a minimum of government is as unrealistic and utopian now as the Marxist worker's paradise was a century ago. The national economy, and the global politico-economic system it is a subset of, is the most complex artifact ever created on this planet, perhaps the known universe. No one is in charge, but neither is it benignly self-regulating; we are all just hanging on by the skin of our teeth. It doesn't care about us, in fact, it isn't even aware we exist, and it has an agenda all its own. The best we can hope for is to prevent an unscrupulous few of us from profiting from it by helping it roll over the rest of us.

Businessmen need politicians, TB.
