Actually, I quite often think the government has gone too far or gotten too big, but you never seem to recognize the times when I do bring it up because it disturbs your perception of me as a "big gov guy", and I know how important it is for you to justify your program by painting any criticism as total doctinaire opposition. You do not accept partial agreement on anything...what's the phrase again; "your way or the highway?"

Besides, stepping in and criticizing big government is not my job, you've monoplized that all for yourself. MY job is calling you on your excesses, and I've already got my hands full with that.

As for your views on nationalized medicine being just another example of government being too big, you're just plain wrong.
