I used to have a copy of 'Ron's Piece'

REB — 7/16/2009 7:38:56 PM (archived)

I actually recorded the concert that night. They broadcasted it all over the city. The concert was outside and the visual effects took up all of downtown. I brought my portable radio that had a tape deck and recorded the concert.

Ron's Piece was haunting. This was just months after the Challenger blew up, so it was very emotional for everyone.

I still have the tape.
