J-W, you're just making that up to try to look funny. Cite the passage in the Constitution, or drop the make-believe. Ignorance and bad logic leads to bad choices and lamentable results, and that's NOT funny.

Still, as the philosopher said, if you insulate men from the fruits of their follies, you will fill the world with fools. But apparently that's exactly what many American politicians intend to promote, for their own power.
