It will happen
All the nations and people who talked about the tragedy in Gaza will have a chance to put their money where their mouth is. And most of them will do it. Humanitarian aid will come in on a large scale. Rebuilding aid, at least from the west, will likely be tied to getting rid of Hamas, or at a minimum having free and verifiable elections.
