One wonders how many of those we're paying for where people don't call.
As long as they're futzing around with things, they really ought to fix some of the idiocies!
Of course, OTOH, if this gets changed and some PCP forgets to extend, they might pick up equipment vitally needed. I have a feeling this one is a no-win situation.
