There are no good guys or bad guys.
Some guys are just better than others.
Evil in America did not start with the Bush Administration, it goes back 'way before the Republic was established. Remember the Indians, the slaves, the Mexican War? I think our country has a history it can be proud of, but that doesn't mean we didn't participate in plenty of things to be ashamed of. And you and I are both old enough to remember that in our lifetimes, at least, their never were any "good old days".
There are no good guys or bad guys.
That's just an excuse to do whatever we want, or to do nothing at all.
