There is only one good, and that is survival.
Everything else is two bit semantics created by people to make them feel better than the other side. If survival of you, your family, friends, neighbors, and community meant ripping someone else's head off with your barehands, then that's what you'll do. You don't do it because you want to, or because you enjoy it. You do it because it means you'll live. Survival is the only "moral" justification you need.
