Iran is coming to the negotiating table with what appears to be serious intentions to end the sanctions and standoff. So is North Korea. Maybe they are stalling, but we'll know soon enough. If they are serious it will be a positive development, no? Unless you feel the only tool in foreign relations is warfare.
