Iran is coming to the negotiating table with what appears to be serious intentions to end the sanctions and standoff. So is North Korea.
Where are you getting this?
Try to keep in mind this "negotiating" process has been going on for years. Look at Iran, and the multinational approach that has accomplished exactly nothing. What is it going to take?
