A male point of view:
I know it is all in fun like the best dressed lists etc. but god, surely MOST German men don't stink, unless the women do too, and those I have known did not. (but they are certainly bossy lovers)
As to the area of bad odor, the French (male and female) are famous for underarm odor, so it sounds bad for the Germans 🙄
Americans Rough? I'm not getting that one, but I don't have any way of knowing much about that. 😕
