Group permissions re: blogs

Moderators have no special privileges in blogs. Because I opted for a wide-open approach (until problems prove I need to lock it down), all Registered members (which Moderators are, by definition) have the power to create and post to blogs. Only the owner of a blog has the power to edit posts.

The Editor group, being a canned group presupplied by tikiwiki, inherited the power to administer blogs, which means the power to edit and change the settings and the permissions that control who can see it.

Editors don't need that power, and I've turned it off for Editors.

I'm thinking that having large numbers of people in Editors has outlived its usefulness. We're out of the crazy experimental stage, and my goal now is to simplify the site rather than have people keep on adding stuff. So Editors will be drastically curtailed in the near future.

Thanks for pointing out the security hole, Bowser. Your paranoia continues to be useful.

Addendum: (Damn it's useful to be able to edit!) The members of the Editor group are: TB, Raoul Lannoy, podrock, Nick, FrankC, Jody, Lindy.
