It is getting hotter, warmer, whatever. I have seen changes over my lifetime that are noticeable. The influx of Armadillos being one of several noticeable things.
Bottom line it is looking different for my children and grandchildren. Whether different is not good, is based on personal viewpoint. Ticks living through the winter and monster mosquitoes have always been common in my stomping grounds. Somewhere north of me it is still unusual.
Not to say that some areas won't be devastated by climate change, and I am all for doing whatever is possible to help the situation, I am just convinced that what we are seeing is more natural than man made and our best efforts will not reverse what is happening. I think we did a lot more 50 years ago to crap up the environment than we are doing now and some of what we did has been reversed. We should continue to do what we can but we are imo a minor part of a process that will change the world in the same way it has been cycling forever.
