The McCarran-Ferguson Act was a lifetime ago. Back then Congress didn't even classify the insurance industry as commerce!
My real objection to you is that your only principle is party loyalty. You claim to be a free market advocate but you are not, as proven by your inability to support repeal of the insurance company defacto anti-trust exemption. And please don't tell me there is no monopoly practices at work here. Preventing interstate competition allows one or two large companies in each state to dominate the market and set or collude on prices. No free market, price fixing. You in fact advocated changing this UNTIL the democrats took it up. That is what is so transparently partisan. Your so called free market principles mean nothing. Only your partisan politics matter.
Grow a pair and say you support the free market for the insurance industry.
