the new york post, acsh, and the hoover institution. not exactly what i'd call a list of agenda-free, unbiased sources. according to the link below, dr miller is not just a "hoover fellow", he's also on the acsh board of directors. this is not a news story, its a cleverly disguised industry lobby press release.
you might also want to look up the list of corporate donors for the american council of science and health, before they stopped disclosing them to the public. who knows who's bankrolling them now?
