He pops up frequently on the late night "Coast to Coast" radio show (which is sometimes interesting to listen to despite being up to its eyebrows in horseapples).
Back in my college days he crashed on my dorm room floor one night. I don't remember what was going on exactly - some kind of space meeting or conference in my neck of the woods. I put him up as a favor for a friend. I don't remember him as being about the weird crap back then.
