I believe that Gate's idea has to do with ocean temps. So, he cools the ocean temps, but, my concern is what goes on above. That's a lot of energy that has to dessipate up towards our high atmosphere, etc. Also, you know what they say, "when it's always calm before a storm".... much land may be in need of rainfall.

RE: Al Gore... please, oh, please... his house has been checked numerous times and he did not comply with HIS own laws/90's.

Please, CO2 has been around forever (exhale!). Try asking about 'soot and Methane, et.al.'
