Not that I disagree with you Buck, because I do; but what I disagree with is the idea that Generals have ANY idea of what they THINK they are doing, and going from one one plot to the next, while the "enemy" shifts not only their tactics, but their loyalty! Pinning down the "enemy" in the Middle East only creates MORE ENEMIES! Let's shock and awe them ALL!

Just a few years back, the Taliban was our friend, and we supported them financially and trained them. What has happened is that between the HOARDES of cash coming from the middle east in DRUGS, OIL AND RECONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS, (not to mention the boon to DEFENSE CONTRACTORS), no one has the guts to reign them all in, but still are led dreamily along that somehow, some way.... we will solve this problem.

If you had a son about the age of 15 right now, I'll bet you'd feel a bit differently about all this.🙄 THERE IS NO SOLUTION.
