You can't figure out the right mix, it has to evolve naturally and be implemented politically. Hopefully, that will happen peacefully, by negotiation and debate, not with bayonets. Even if you had the best economic scheme (if such a thing were even possible to determine on paper)you still have to convince your countrymen that is what they want, and they are not all going to agree with you. Eventually you'll have to settle on some compromise. That's why we fight on this board all the time.
But when people tell you the system they want is the ONLY way to go, with no exceptions or modifications, when they insist that they have it figured out and everyone else is wrong, look out.
