They don't need slang for
shit. There is a perfectly legit dictionary word for it: mierda. There is a translation for excrement, too: excremento.
Now in the Cuban dialect there is a slang word for turd: mojón. In polite Spanish, that means "milestone" (you know, those big stone turds by the side of the road that tell you how far it is to the next town).
