Interesting! Designed for streaming video, and/or other purposes? (I'm thinking of something akin to the uplink channel some services like Dish Network require. Typically provided by a landline phone connection. In our case we have no landline, so Dish charges us an extra $5 per month per box. I offered to call them every now and then to say hi if they waived the fee, but they didn't bite.)
