How can it be a war when they aren't even fighting?
Most drugs come across our Southern border, but it remains wide open for anyone to cross. Drug dealers, trafficers, and suppliers aren't treated as war criminals, but are usually given light sentences and released.
Close our border by putting military police on it to stop the flow of illegals and drugs. Start executing drug dealers, and trafficers, as well as going after the kingpins with the same tactics we go after Al-Qaeda targets, and this situation with drugs would be greatly reduced.
