Interest rates, inflation, deflation, whatever. The economy will grow again when people start creating wealth instead of just moving it around, or at worst, treating it like the pea under one of three cups.
Innovators and investors will start creating wealth again when we have a government that has not declared all-out war on private wealth and businesses.
