Does the concept of "empirical evidence" mean anything to you? Remember, although you and ER are talking like this is all some deep abstraction, the evidence of economic systems and their results is crystal clear.
Places that adopt the ideas I support succeed. Places that adopt the ideas you support fail, often miserably. You can dance until your feet emit Cherenkov radiation, but you can't get past that one.
Did you notice that your comments on India, etc. actually support the idea that a rising tide lifts all boats? You don't discredit an idea by yelling that it's "discredited" over and over again.
