I'm on the "every five years" schedule, so far. Two polyps! Still waiting on analysis, but around here it's generally "no news is good news."

Yeah, the prep is kind of funky, but you get a lot of reading done. Ironically, the actual laxative is totally tasteless. It's the salts they throw in to keep you happy that make it taste like crap, even with the little flavor packets.

Was awake for the whole thing this time around, no discomfort. Got to watch the pictures. I toyed with the idea of swallowing a tiny ceramic mouse or something just to keep it interesting, but I decided against it.

At the end, they told me, "okay, push out all that gas." What, now? "Yep." Did I mention that it seems to be a rule that assistants for the most humiliating medical procedures all seem to be pretty girls? Oh, hell...fart away!

I achieved a personal best for a continuous fart, and managed two well-defined "shave and a haircut - two bits."
