Pheasants
When I lived in England, I used to call up my Butcher and order pheasants. He'd get how many I ordered and hang them for 3 days, de-feather them and I'd get them delivered to my door (skin on). They were absolutely wonderful. I only tried to pluck my own one time. Once was enough! I do understand why my Dad skinned them. Getting rid of feathers was a bitch
