I worked as temp tech support for a tax software company. That year they had switched from an Access to a SQL database and it was a friggin nightmare.

Long story short, on the whiteboard as you walked into the "Pit" (40 stations) in big red letters and quotes:

"It's a known issue and we're working on it"
