There are several references on windmill sound problems. Here's one.

There are also a number of studies on this that draw different conclusions about the effects. Here's one. But hey, science doesn't stand a chance when dealing with NIMBY Syndrome, or people who think that electricity should come from a wall socket like God intended.
If it ain't one thing, it's another. No doubt solar panels will subject victims to "reflection eyestrain migraines," and plenty of lawyers will line up to agree.
