I almost upchucked and there's been quite enough upchucking in my house over the last 48 hours. I have had a sick cat with it coming out of both ends.

That site is all so silly and sick.

What America is so vulnerable to is anyone they see as being able to dig us out of the mire and muck we've sunk into. I'm not sure any human can do it. Americans are hanging onto any thread of hope in a hopeless time. It's sad.

Oh, and are you sitting down? I'm thinking of voting for a Republican in our State Senate race. He sponsored legislation gradually doing away with State tax on retirement income (Social Security). I'll have to look carefully and him and any opponent before the election. Now that I'm retired, some issues take precedence over other issues. If he's an anti-gay marriage, rabid anti-abortionist, rabid other crap, I won't touch him with a 10 foot pole, but if he is a thoughtful candidate who leaves morality to God, I'll give him a good look over.
