Your view is no healthier than Al Sharpton's.

Racism is an unhealthy obsession with genetic background and ancestry. This is true if you are of any race.

Whether the obsession is positive or negative makes no difference either. If someone's race is the primary concern you have when dealing with other people you are exhibiting racism. It doesn't matter if you are treating the other person more positively because of their race, or treating them more negatively. A stereotype is a stereotype.
