Wet rub (originally from Comestible Zone)
I bought a rack of beef rib because the dog loves the bones.
Well I had them on the cutting board giving them a dry rub of seasoning salt and it just wasn't sticking. The wife suggested I oil them first. After rubbing them down with a little canola oil- the seasoning stuck. Brilliant idea.
Two hours on the grill on low heat- mmmmmm 😎
