EVOO
If I had a dime for every time Rachel Ray said "EVOO" I'd be a wealthy man. It get's downright annoying because imo, the stuff is a bit overrated.
But being next to the bones, beef ribs have quite a hardy flavor on their own so a light oil appealed to me more.
