They have the legal right.
Morally, it is repugnant and in damned poor taste. I can't remember if it was here or elsewhere where I predicted if they build the Mosque there, someone will burn it down or blow it up. Hopefully without anyone in it. There are some angry people out there and the Moslems are pushing buttons and they don't understand the repercussions.
