Do any of you know of someone who's had, in their lifetime, one migraine?

I beleive I had one while in my early 20s, and I used to work with a fellow who said he'd had one, and only one, as well.

Of course I can't be sure it truly was a migraine, but it completely put me down for several hours and the painkiller I had on hand was totally outclassed by this headache. All I could do was climb under some covers, close my eyes and wait. Before then and since, I've not experienced anything even remotely like it.

To those who suffer migraines on a regular basis, I'm SO sorry you have to deal with that kind of pain.
