Missed the point
I'm well aware that "it's the economy stupid". The problem is twofold; the economy is in the toilet and the status quo of our economic system is being challenged or assulted depending on how you look at it.
I gave an example to show the trade offs between electing Repulicans or Democrats. The huge problem for me is- I haven't been able to really tell the difference the past decade or more.
Republicans talk the classic platform but they don't follow it. You can't tell me conservatives in congress and the Whitehouse were powerless to follow the ideology.
