Gee, BigPharma had to take millions of PR $$ and spend it on lobbying so they don't lose their right to stick it to the public. I can guarandogtee you they didn't take it out of R&D since R&D $$ is already limited. They take the work of universities and the Fed government and patent it and get richer.
