You tune the transmissions and frequencies as best as you can for each different receiver, and if you get static back, you just separate it from the return signal.

It's a football game. You pound the heck out of the other guys, but when the whistle blows you give them a hand up, and after the game everybody's slugging back beers at the same bar. Maybe that's a guy thing. Two guys can ream the hell out of each other and then five minutes later it never happened. I can't think of one person that has ever been on this board I wouldn't shake hands with if I met them in person. Of course, five minutes later, we might be reaming each other out...
Women don't do that very well. I know women who are still nursing a grudge over some slight from years ago. That's something else you have to take into account when tuning the transmitter.
