It Looked like they were including TARP in the budget
When I hear "$700 billion dollar bailout" I think of tarp. It's almost paid off. I'm just wondering how much of the cost remained in 2010 because they're blaming Bush for a large portion of the higher deficit this year.
But you're right, I should dig more instead of wondering.
