Remember one thing: This is a natural product, not a drug, so it will probably take longer to have its effect. Drugs can be instantaneous; natural products go at it from a different direction, affecting the base cause and correcting it there. So be patient. Since the study was four weeks, I'd give it a couple of weeks at least. Good luck with it.
Also, have you had your blood pressure checked? Persons with high blood pressure can have tinnitus so make sure that your BP is OK. You do NOT want to let that go if you have it. High BP can wreck your health in ways you don't want to know (heart, stroke, kidneys, blah, blah). http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/hbp/hbp/effect/effect.htm
I remembered pycnogenol(tm) as being a bit pricey and it is. http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/search/en/query.jsp?x=0&y=0&q=pycnogenol&intsource2=main&tab_selection=vitamins
Vitamin Shoppe, Twin Labs and Source Naturals are all good brands.
