Paul suffers terribly with this. He has had a great deal of trouble, however, having lost 40% of hearing in his right ear due to a cholesteatoma, and several surgeries...removal and reconstruction. He has many a sleepless nights due to the screaming in his ear...and I am always up for something that might help.
