Would Walter Cronkite have expressed an opinion?
If he had, it would have been extremely well-considered and reasonable, taking all angles into the equation. I guess I shouldn't hold her up to his standards. Almost no one could live up to that. I've never liked Couric anyway. I was tickled when she left the Today Show. She was (IMO) a lousy interviewer. I haven't watched her (except for the Palin thing) to see if she's improved.
