Maybe a silly question, but...
I'm going to ask it anyway.
I saw this article this morning which caused me to wonder: What if this black hole eventually sucks in everything in the universe so that all that remains is a monster black hole and then the black hole, having reached critical mass, finally explodes into a new Big Bang, emitting all of everything back into what had become total nothingness, totally recreating the Universe. Could, therefore, the Universe be created, recreated, by a series of Black Holes, Big Bangs, Black Holes, Big Bangs ad infinitum?
