Not a bad speech
I'm hoping he was serious about tort reform and not just throwing conservatives a dry bone. The look on the faces of the Joint Chiefs of Staff was telling when the Commander in Chief brought up gays in the military. Well, they weren't clapping anyways.
The Repulican respones was pretty whiny and spoke only to the issues and not what Obama had said. Pretty typical. Can't expect otherwise I guess.
