Maybe, but it is liberals, or outright leftists, that run it. At every level except the lowest ones. It shows.
If a system is outrageously expensive and still failing, dismantling it and replacing it is essential. The higher education system is on the brink of a bubble similar to what happened to housing, and for the same reasons. When it happens, remember you heard it here first.
"No Child Left Behind" was a stupid idea, further centralizing a system that was already way too deep in Federal territory. It is interesting how the Democrats managed to file their serial numbers off that one. Remember how pissed the liberals got here when I posted that signing photo?
