So what's the issue? Somebody in America gets better medical care, or better anything than somebody else? Is the question why? Is the question about one form of insurance versus another?
The entire article reeks of a typical subtext I've seen a hundred times in service of an agenda. Is that the point? Or is the point pretending it isn't there?
When does a discussion of these things become "unreasonable?"
