This isn't a revolution with an ayatollah returning and taking over. The comparisons with Iran, aside from dates, are few. The people there want democracy, and they've had a parliamentary democracy before from 1923 to 1952.

This is exactly what the Middle East needs. We've discussed it here on the zone for a decade. Somehow, the faux news pinheads are suddenly seeing this as bad news.
