well no doubt you missed the part that got the thread taken down, frank has a good point about bringing it back with out the offensive part, however. . . . .

to put it basically this palce is no holds barred. . . with the exception to anything illegal and porn. At least this I how I set it up. But we also have to consider that we are using Robert webserver, and he does not want death threats on it. Anyway those might be worthy of being barred too. . . (are they illegal?)

but even so, we are in a predicament, was what Larry said figurative, or a real threat? should it not be allowed? what should be done?

Why not have a vote, like usual? I will bring the whole thread back. I can garantee that I will try to uphold the outcome of it. However, Robert may or may not agree to this, we must keep in mind that this site is on his server, and that we cannot force our will upon him. There might be legal dangers he is putting himself up against.

So the vote is:

1) was Larrys post a real threat or figurative?

2) depending on the answer for #1, should this be allowed here?

3) what should be done about any wrong done?
