No, I'm just not a hypocrite.

The fact of the matter is that I despise most of what Mr. Wellstone stood for. And I really disliked the fact that he often voted to force his extreme left wing views down my throat. Now all because he died, I'm suppose to be just as pc as he was, and say what a great man of conviction he had been? All because he really believed in the nonsense he spouted doesn't make me admire him, it makes me even more fearful of him. That someone can really believe such dangerous foolishness is very scary.

So why should I be sad that his passing opens up a very real chance that someone with political views more in line with my own will be elected. I'm sorry for the deaths of the others on board, but we are dealing with the fate of our country. For me politics is more than just some hobby, it's a battle to determine what the future of this country will be. If Wellstone and his buddies have their way, then we're heading for another "workers paradise" like Cuba or any other of the socialist hell holes.

Lee, (I'm not one for crocodile tears)
